What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?
Normally, you won't need to pay any import tax or customs duty. However, if you did, please contact us.
When will I receive my order?
It depends on your location. You can track the package from door to door. The package usually arrives in approximately 8-15 business days.
What do I do if I never received my order?
We offer 50 DAYS GUARANTEE. If your order is not delivered within 50 days, we will reship or issue you full refund.
What do I do if I receive a defective order?
We offer 14 days Return & Refund policy. Please contact us within 14 days after delivery.
What do I do if I want to edit or cancel my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours after order's confirmation, we will try our best to stop the shipment. Canceling an order will result in additional processing fees, meaning you may not receive a full refund.
